Immediate opening for Concrete Estimator who is highly experienced in take-off and pricing of tilt-up, concrete structures, foundations and flatwork. Candidate must also market the company and develop new business. Established company, salary commensurate with experience, great benefits.

• Experienced in take-off and pricing of concrete structures, foundations and flatwork.
• Computer / Technology Skills – Timberline Estimating Program a Plus
• 3D Modeling in Tekla a plus
• Business Development and Marketing Abilities
• Experienced Management Skills• Experienced in Purchasing
• Experienced in Construction Operations
• Experienced in Project Management and Pre-Construction

Company Background: Our market is Florida.  Commercial concrete.  Light & Heavy industrial concrete.

• Starting salary:  $100k – $150k based on experience
