Position Overview: As a Project Executive specializing in structural and vertical concrete construction, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  2. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and effectively communicating project progress, milestones, and any issues or changes.
  3. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including project managers, engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  4. Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity throughout the construction process.
  5. Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control processes and procedures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet or exceed industry standards and project specifications.
  6. Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety on construction sites, enforcing all relevant safety regulations and procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project timelines and budgets are protected.
  8. Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies while maintaining profitability.
  9. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, financial forecasts, and other project documentation for internal stakeholders and clients, keeping all parties informed and aligned.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in structural and vertical concrete construction, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior project management roles within the construction industry, with a focus on structural and vertical concrete construction projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and techniques, particularly in concrete construction.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Procore, MS Project).
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
