Senior Operations Manager – Structural Concrete

$200K base salary range, truck allowance, 401K+ match, PTO, etc.

The Senior Operations Manager works closely with multiple project teams and provides operational support to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a dynamic role with a clear career path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, direct, and develop the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Lead the development of an overall project plan and set expectations for the team.
• Take ownership of project information and effectively communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
• Validate project progress and provide recommendations to ensure execution goals are met.
• Allocate and manage manpower resources to meet project objectives.
• Ensure the project team follows defined processes and that roles and responsibilities are clearly executed.
• Maintain customer relationships by staying actively engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve conflicts or issues with customer management during the course of the project.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing a variety of project types, with a focus on Commercial/Industrial construction.
• General knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
